Red cabbage salad with oranges and dates-ready in 15 Minutes

Just a heads up: I use grams and Celsius degrees in all my recipes, as I'm based in Germany.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g red cabbage
  • 2 oranges
  • 5 dates , pitted
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 10 ml white wine vinegar
  • 20 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Date Vinegar Alternative Balsamic Reduction

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the vinegar with the oil, pepper and date vinegar
  • Cut the red cabbage into fine strips with a mandolin and add to the dressing
  • Add salt and sugar, stir briefly and let stand for about 5 minutes. In the meantime:
  • Fillet the oranges, add to the salad, and squeeze the rest of the orange over the salad.
  • Cut the walnuts and dates into small pieces and add them to the salad
  • Mix everything together well and enjoy!
