Easy Chicken Schnitzel Wrap-prepped in 15 Minutes

Just a heads up: I use grams and Celsius degrees in all my recipes, as I'm based in Germany.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Wraps
  • 4 Schnitzel
  • Mayonnaise
  • sweet chilli sauce/ ketchup/ BBQ Sauce
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • cucumbers
  • cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 120 °C
  • Place your schnitzel in an ovenproof dish and place them in the oven.
  • If you made the Schnitzel from scratch, ignore this step as they will be already hot. Simply place them in the oven to keep them warm.
  • In the meantime, wash and cut your vegetables
  • Place everything in bowls and place it on the table
  • Remove the schnitzel from the oven when they are hot.
  • Turn down the heat and place the Wraps in the oven and heat them for about 2 minutes
  • Place everything on the table Family style—so everyone can help themselves to their favourite topping
  • Make your personal wrap and enjoy!
