Banana Bread with Chocolate

Just a heads up: I use grams and Celsius degrees in all my recipes, as I'm based in Germany.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas smashed
  • 200 g flour
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 g salt
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 handful chocolate chips and a bit more

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a baking tin with baking paper.
  • Beat oil, sugar, vanilla extract and eggs for 2 minutes using an electric whisker or stand mixer
    80 g brown sugar, 80 ml oil, 3 drops vanilla extract, 2 eggs
  • Add the flour, baking soda, cinammon and salt.
    200 g flour, 5 g salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 pinch cinnamon
  • Mix for another minute then add the smashed bananas. 
    Mix for another minute
    2 ripe bananas
  • Add the chocolate chips and stir them underneath.
    1 handful chocolate chips
  • Pour the dough in the baking loaf and bake them for 50 min

  • Make the toothpick test to check that the cake is done!
  • Let it cool down and enjoy!!
